How to Spa
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will reduce your reserved time. We will do our best to accommodate you however we must respect our next guest’s scheduled appointment.
Please dress comfortably, robes and slippers are provided upon request. If you are planning to go out after your appointment please be advised that your hair may have been disturbed during the service, this is especially true of facials and scalp massages. Disposable underwear is provided for body scrubs and bikini area waxing services.
To ensure relaxation of all our guests, we ask that your refrain from using cellular phones in the spa area and ensure that they are on silent for the duration of your treatment.
Medications and Medical Conditions
Please advise us at the time of booking if you have any allergies in order to enable us to ensure that we have the appropriate products researched and available for your arrival.
Please ensure that you fill out any forms fully and completely and/or advise your esthetician of any recent surgeries or other invasive skin treatment, medical conditions, allergies or medications that you are taking. Your information is treated with the upmost respect and confidentiality, your disclosure of this information is important to ensure the safest and most effective treatment for you.
You may request a specific esthetician and we will do our best to accommodate all requests however we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular person. All estheticians are trained to ensure your specific needs are met.
One of our staff will be pleased to provide you with a complimentary consultation, a spa tour, education about our products, a makeup demonstration and treatments we provide at the spa.
Who can Spa?
We are happy to offer treatments to guests 6 and up; any guest under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
We are more than happy to customize any of our spa treatments and packages to incorporate a group setting, staff function or special occasion.
Gift certificates are always a pleasure to give and receive.
We would be pleased to customize your choice of any spa treatments into the perfect spa package for you or your special someone.
Due to a change in ownership, gift certificates purchased 2012 and earlier are no longer honoured; we are happy to extend a 25% discount on out of date gift certificates.
We respectfully ask that 24 hours notice be provided when cancelling any appointment less than 1.5 hours in length and 48 hour notice be provided for longer, multiple or couple’s appointments. A 50% fee may be charged for missed appointments; appointments shall be guaranteed with a credit card or gift certificate number.
Should unforeseen circumstances arise and we must reschedule your appointment we will offer you a 10% discount on your rescheduled appointment if we have provided you with more than 24 hours’ notice. If we must reschedule an appointment and we are unable to provide more than 24 hours’ notice we will complete your rescheduled appointment at a 50% discount.
